All Visitors, and Vendors must use the Guard Gated Entrance to the community on McGuire Road. All visitors and vendors must establish positive identify with the Guard on Duty at the Gate. No exceptions. Solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Board Meeting - 4/21/14
Please join us...Monday evening, April 21, 7:00 p.m. at the Reserve at Belmere Clubhouse.

ARB Monthly Meeting
The ARB monthy meeting is always the second Monday of the month, one week prior to the BOD meeting.

-The Fall 2013 Newsletter is now available in the residents only section.

-Fitness Center card exchanges were held in August before the activation of the new card access system.

If you did not take advantage of the many scheduled exchange dates, you can still get your cards at Sentry Management's office in Clermont. Email Laurie Carbonneau (lcarbonneau@sentrymgt.com) for information on obtaining your new cards.


-Clubhouse Lakefront Renovations
The Clubhouse lakefront has just been renovated and planted densely with new wetland plants. This will bring this piece of our HOA property in compliance with our Orange County Environmental Protection permits. Until this area is fully established, please do not enter this area.

WATER CRAFT, trucks and trailers are PROHIBITED on the Clubhouse lakefront and on the Provincial conservation land. Watercraft owners must use their own property to put in or remove a boat, jet ski or other watercraft.
